Conversion Process

We propose and install last generation LPG systems.

The positions of the systems are made in our modern facilities by trained and experienced personnel. The procedure for installing a system is as follows:

1. The systems are selected specifically for each car type. The technology differs from vehicle to vehicle depending on the manufacture year and the type of engine. LpGas will suggest the most appropriate - modern systems for your car to work perfectly and offers the greatest economy.
2. Select the volume of gas bottle, so it doesn’t takes up much space in the trunk, but also give you the desired autonomy.
3. We carefully study the location of system components within the engine to be readily accessible while not impeding the maintenance of other mechanical parts of the vehicle.
4. Determine where to place the fuel lines in order to be fully protected. In many cases, we install extra protective components, to achieve maximum security.
5. Then we test the leakage with special electronic detectors that ensure 100% watertight system.
6. Finally we perform the most important part of the installation, which is to regulate the system. All cars are programmed electronically and checked for proper operation on the road to optimize performance and throttle response.
7. ventually the Autogas car has the same performance behavior as with gasoline.

Recheck

Always recommend a re-gas system after 1500 Km hours, in order to confirm the optimum placement and operation.

System maintenance

The systems proposed by LpGas not require any special or expensive maintenance. Every 20000-30000 Km a gas filter needs to be replaced, whose cost does not exceed 25 Euros. In cases of very "dirty" gas, it may be necessary to more frequent filter replacement.
